The 16+1 High-Level Academic Platform was established with the aim to reinforce the cooperation between scientific and academic institutions from China and Central and Eastern European countries. In November 2016 the scientific conference entitled “: Opportunities and Challenges of Belt and Road Initiative” was held in Warsaw hosted by the Poznań University of Economics and Business.
